Right of withdrawal
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- The products must be in their original condition with all original tags and labels attached.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The returned items must show no signs of use.
Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we are unfortunately unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they were used or damaged without our responsibility.
Always make sure your return shipment includes a Track & Trace code. Lost return shipments cannot be refunded if no shipping proof with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returning items without tracking is at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Return Procedure:
To return a product, please contact our customer service to receive a return label. This also informs us that your return is on its way. You can send an email to info@lunara-mode.com or call us at +31 6 19 31 77 57.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only within 5 minutes after placing it. After 5 minutes, orders enter the processing stage and cannot be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it at info@lunara-mode.com.
All returns are made at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Wrong item or wrong size?
If you received the wrong item or wrong size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!
Refunds
We typically process and refund returns within 5 business days after receiving them.
