Average delivery times:
- Processing: 1–3 business days after placing your order
- Delivery: 6–10 business days after shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow the delivery status. You can find more information on our Track & Trace page.
Note: Please be aware that during this time of year, delays may occur due to factors such as customs processing, high shipping volume, weather conditions, or overloaded local couriers. These circumstances are beyond our control. Therefore, we recommend anticipating longer delivery times during peak seasons.

Received a Defective Product?
We're sorry to hear that! If your product was damaged during transport, we will send you a free replacement one time. If a second issue occurs, you will receive a full refund.
How to Place an Order

- Click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your address details
- Select “Continue to Shipping” — shipping is always free

Package Lost?
If your package is lost or fails to arrive, we will send you a free replacement. If it has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, you will receive a refund.
