When can I expect my order?
To keep prices as low as possible, Lunara Mode ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you. Because of this, delivery may take a bit longer than you are used to. It takes approximately 1–3 business days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time within the United States is about 6–10 business days.
Note: Please be aware that during this time of year, delays may occur due to factors such as customs processing, high shipping volume, weather conditions, or local courier overload. These circumstances are beyond our control. We therefore recommend anticipating longer delivery times during peak seasons.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated time frame. Unfortunately, delays can occur. If you have waited an additional 3 days beyond the expected delivery date and still have not received your order, please send an email to: info@lunara-mode.com.

I am missing some products in my order. How is that possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you ordered may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products at the same time, it is possible that they will not be delivered simultaneously.
No worries — your order is on the way. The remaining items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is nothing you can do about this. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@lunara-mode.com. It is important that you take photos of the damage and attach them to your email.
Please do not return the item before sharing photos with us, as we will be unable to provide a suitable solution otherwise. Our customer service team will review your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
This is what happens if you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item.
